Why Should I Buy Beachbody Shakeology?
Deciding to buy Beach body Shakeology is just one way you can make eating healthy less hectic every week.
Because let’s be honest…no one works only 8 hours a day anymore, even if that’s how long you spend at the office.
If you are like me, you work additional hours at home, in the car, at the gym, with kids, and everywhere in between using your phone or laptop, which makes it very difficult to give your body all of the nutrients it needs and craves on a regular basis. Beach body Shakeology shakes are a life saver for me, but here are a few other tips for making your wild week a healthy one!
1. Do not enter the grocery store when you’re hungry! If you are coming straight from work, drink a Beach body Shakeology shake, or snack on nuts or seeds during the drive there. Once you arrive: Avoid the end caps and center isles which is where you will find 90% of the processed foods.
2. Make a large meal or several meals on Sundays. Cook foods that can be re-used to make new meals throughout the week. For example, cook a whole chicken, roast, or turkey and then use the leftovers to make lunches and dinners such as salads, enchiladas, sandwiches, casseroles, etc.
3. On the weekends you can also have a “prep day” where you wash, cut, and store all of the fruits and veggies you will need for the week. Some will be for snacking, but look at your recipes for the coming days and chop, shred, or slice what you’ll need for each one and then store it in separate baggies.
